Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

The typical office visit starts with a warm and friendly greeting. You will sign in and Rachel will inform you of your next payment date and amount, or take any payment due. She will also remind you of  a future visit and give you your clip board to take to your adjusting room.

Then Dr. Langston or Dr. Touney will come in answer any questions on health concerns, new habits or old health habits. After that an evaluation and adjustment (if needed) will be performed. Hope you have a pretty good feel for who we are and what we do. Our hope is that those who need us can find us. Thanks a bunch for taking your time to do the research.

Dr. Perry Asks some important questions of interest to Sioux Falls residents - Chiropractor Sioux Falls Dr. Perry Asks...

Why is a "slipped disc" unlikely?
Separating each spinal vertebra is a disc. Its fibrous outer ring holds in a jelly-like material. Because of the way a disc attaches to the spinal bones above and below it, it can't actually "slip." However, a disc can bulge, tear, herniate, thin and collapse. But it can't slip.
Do nerves actually get pinched?
Chiropractors recognize two types of nerve disorders involved in vertebral subluxation. The least common is a pinched nerve that diminishes nerve supply to an affected organ or tissue. More common is the irritated nerve (facilitative lesion) which overexcites nerve communications to an affected organ or tissue. Chiropractic care has been shown to help with both types.
