On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

The second visit or "your report of findings" will be scheduled at your earliest convenience. We have set aside special times to allow us to clearly explain your needs to you and answer any additional questions you may have.

You will first receive a complete written report for you to review with an optimum care plan for you to reach your current health goals. After you have had time to review your report, I will review the findings and all recommendations and details for your care will be explained.
